(L) Ralph Gibson was awarded the "Veteran Volunteer of the Year 2002" Clyde Clark Award by Glenn Brooks, County of San Mateo and Jerry Hill, San Mateo County Board of Supervisors on April 30, 2002. Ralph, a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major, has volunteered over 25,000 hours at the VA Hospital in Menlo Park!
