We are working with MEDIAPRO to WEB CAST live on the Internet!
Resource Fair 2003 employers and service providers.
It will also be an exciting opportunity for Veterans to learn how to access their benefits at the County, State and Federal level through participating resource agencies.
Our fair will focus heavily on employment. We have reserved 50 exhibitor booths for employers. Employers will not be disappointed at the fair as it promises to be one of the best of its kind. We are expecting many employers to participate in search of qualified job seekers from the public and military veteran sectors.
This event will be marketed through a variety of advertising in local newspapers, radio stations, media and community based organizations. Proclamations will also be obtained from mayors and respective governing boards through out San Mateo County.
We anticipate a very sizeable PUBLIC TURNOUT as a direct result of our aggressive advertising and recognition campaigns.
The Veterans Employment Committee of San Mateo County is a non-profit organization registered under Section 501C of the IRS Code (Federal Tax ID: 94-3183447). The V.E.C.S.M. has been hosting successful Job Fairs in San Mateo County since 1993. As a strictly pure non-profit organization we accept only donations from company participants at our fairs to help us defray event costs and continue providing urgent employment and training related services to needy veterans in San Mateo County.
